IAQ 6000 is a high-performance, mold-resistant, 100% acrylic water-based coating designed to protect a wide range of surfaces, including wood, plaster, wallboard, concrete, masonry, and galvanized metal. Infused with a fungistatic agent, it effectively resists mold growth on the dry coating surface, making it ideal for areas prone to moisture. This tintable formula provides flexibility in color options while maintaining excellent durability and flexibility. IAQ 6000 is self-priming over various substrates, and its advanced formulation has been tested for mold resistance (ASTM G-21 and ASTM D-3273), making it a reliable solution for mold prevention and long-lasting surface protection.

• Application: Wood, plaster, wallboard, sheetrock, concrete, masonry, and galvanized metal

• Coverage: 250-400 sq. ft. per gallon (smooth surfaces), 150-300 sq. ft. per gallon (porous surfaces)

• Drying Time: 1 hour to touch, recoat in 4 hours

• Application Tools: Brush, roller, or airless spray (2000-3000 PSI)

• Tinting: Add up to 2 oz. of universal colorant per gallon for desired color
